Website revision & first-month support

This Agreement is between Andrea Womack / Wild Wind & Root (“Consultant”) and Jenny / Windsparrow Studio (“Client”).

1. Scope of work

Website revision — $400. Revise the existing website by changing layouts on existing pages; adding up to two new pages (optional); updating fonts and colors; adding photos and videos supplied by Client; and uploading up to 50 new products (optional) using product details and images supplied by Client.

Roadmap and first month — $600. Create a tailored three-month roadmap and a four-week calendar for Instagram posts, Reels, and email campaigns; post approved Instagram content up to two times a week; edit and caption up to six Instagram Reels from Client-supplied photos and video clips; draft four to six emails across two months (about two to three per month) after reviewing the current signup and list setup, for Client review and approval; and hold a month-end review to decide what to continue and prioritize next. Email content and Reels are shared for Client approval before sending or posting. Months two and three are roadmap intentions and are not included in this Agreement.

2. Payment

The initial investment is $1,000 ($400 website revision and $600 roadmap and first month of support), due before work begins. Payment may be made by Zelle to Andrea Womack at 254-258-3834. To pay by credit card through Andrea’s website, request a payment link. Additional work requires written approval of the added scope and fee.

3. Client responsibilities

Client will provide necessary website, Instagram, and email platform access; accurate product information and images; and photos and video clips through the shared Google Drive folder provided by Consultant. Client will review and approve deliverables and remains responsible for business decisions, pricing, legal compliance, and accuracy of supplied information.

4. Start date, scheduling, and delays

The start date will be agreed by both parties after signing, payment, and receipt of required access and content. The first-month support period runs for four weeks from that agreed date. Delays in materials, approvals, or feedback may shift the schedule.

5. Scope changes and additional work

Work beyond the listed limits or services outside this scope may be quoted separately. Consultant will communicate additional fees before starting out-of-scope work.

6. Third-party costs

Website/domain subscriptions, email platforms, paid software, advertising, plugins, stock assets, and other external services are not included and remain Client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Ownership and portfolio rights

Client retains ownership of Client-provided materials. Upon full payment, Client may use final custom deliverables created specifically for Client. Consultant retains pre-existing methods, templates, processes, and general know-how. Consultant may reference the completed work in a professional portfolio unless Client requests otherwise in writing; unpublished or confidential materials will not be shared without permission.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties will use reasonable care with non-public business information. Consultant will not intentionally disclose Client’s confidential information except as needed to perform agreed work or with authorization.

9. Results and business responsibility

Consultant provides strategy, creative support, implementation, and guidance in good faith. Sales, revenue, audience, and marketing outcomes are not guaranteed. Client remains responsible for business decisions.

10. Cancellation and early termination

If either party ends the engagement early, the parties will communicate in writing and determine outstanding work or handoff based on work performed and time reserved. Payments for work performed and time reserved are non-refundable.

11. Term and future support

This Agreement covers the website revision and the first four weeks of support only. Unused work does not automatically roll over. After the first month, Client may choose monthly support at $1,000 per month under a new written scope. There is no automatic renewal or obligation to continue.

12. Acceptance

By signing below, both parties acknowledge they have read and agreed to the scope, payment terms, responsibilities, and conditions in this Agreement.
